The new generation machines for the production and supply of soft ice-cream with free installation EVD condenses the features contained in the acronym: Ergonomic, Versatile, Dynamic. Designed with a completely new philosophy, for the first time it considers the desires of the operators in all their aspects: comfort, ergonomics, quality and aesthetics. The main innovation element is the mobile dispensing unit, provided with one or three dispensers, which can be adjusted to the most useful height for the operator. It can go down to the work surface, at a height of 130 cm. In this position the operator can see what he is pouring and the operations to fill and clean the tanks are much easier.

Under the dispensing point there is a large work surface to accommodate cones and cups and to work on the preparation of large cakes. A wide range of accessories has been designed including the cone holder, the grain holder and the integrated blender. To the touch interface commands is added a perimeter LED strip on the dispensing group, which allows to view the processing status at first sight.
