The bar represents a “sensitive place”, one of the places where social changes are most marked and where the user seeks the custom and the unexpected at the same time. The lightening of the counter, a barrier that divides the operator’s area from that of the user, offers unexpected permeability and absolute freedom in the design of the counter, makes it possible to eliminate the platform and allows a high degree of transformation in the compositional choices.

The "Platinum" bar furniture system allows infinite freedom of composition and changeability of its coatings while maintaining clarity and immediacy of perception of the service and products. The designed system consisting of various furnishing elements and technological components (for the hot and cold table, for pastry and ice cream) combines new functional and ergonomic solutions

The transfer of the main components to the back counter offers more space for product display. The high transparency is emphasized by the integration of lighting in the various storage units to support a friendly, clean and transparent image.
